After my very first sailing trip in Norway in 2000, I fell in love with this sport. This was when I realize how much I miss living close to the water. I don't get many chances to go sailing, therefore, each trip is special.

La Poste

Norway, May 18th to 19th, 2000

Most people started sailing on a dinghy. However, my first ever sailing experience was on board the 60-feet ocean going racer La Poste. La Poste has participated in the famed 1993-94 Whitbread Round-the-World Race (now the Volvo Ocean Race).

On board the Vilisar with Ron & Kathy

Pacific Northwest, September 27th to October 4th, 2001

In September of 2001, I spent eight days on-board the sailing vessel Vilisar with Ron & Kathy Bird. Our journey began in Port Hadlock, Washington on Thursday, September 27th. I de-boarded 8 days later on Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Swedish Archipelago is one of the most beautiful places on earth where one can sail. I went on a 5 days sailing trip with my friend Christer.
