Albert and his friends. There is no better way to prepare fresh fish other than the Cantonese way. After the fishes have been cleaned thoroughly (scaled, gutted and gills taken out), they are steamed with green onions and ginger. Afterwards, fresh green onions are put on top of the fish. Hot oil is poured on it. Then add some soya sauce. Make sure not to overcook it. After eating fish for 5 nights, I think I am getting good at it.

This has to be one of my favourite dishes of all time. Certainly one of the most memorable meals.
